If your TLC License was Suspended Based on an Arrest:
Nnebe v. Daus, a case this office commenced in 2006, has been certified as a class action. The Second Circuit Court of Appeals has already held that the TLC's process for suspending drivers (whether yellow taxi or FHV) between 2003 and 2020 was unconstitutional and illegal
If you have ever been suspended based on a criminal arrest,
you may be entitled to money damages.
