What to Do If Your License Was Suspended on Arrest

If your License was Ever Suspended Based on an Arrest:

In Nnebe v. Daus, a case this office commenced in 2006,
The Second Circuit Court of Appeal held that the TLC's process
for suspending drivers (whether yellow taxi or FHV) was unconstitutional and illegal

If your license was suspended based on a criminal arrest between 2003 and 2020, you may be entitled to money damages. While the official sign-up period has ended, it may be re-opened, so let us know if you want a hearing to obtain money damages.
